Open Lab 2025

AD-Lab welcomed visitors to Open Lab on May 7, 2025.

Demonstrations included measurement and automation of PUF security circuits, integrated-circuit prototypes fabricated in Samsung 28 nm and TSMC 65 nm processes, IC evaluation boards, and measurements using a cryogenic probe station.
